We did a cross over trip today, with 5 hikers going one way, and 5 going the other (exchanging keys in the middle).

I knew the trail would be snow free, but this dry in March? Never. The amount of mud was minimal, the least amount I've ever seen in 6-7 times hiking this trail.

Unlike my previous hikes here, I started in Lynn Canyon this time. To my surprise it was equal the workout of going the other way but there was a notable difference. The crowds at Deep Cove (Grey rock specifically) were silly. Dogs everywhere and almost nowhere to sit and the trail covered in people with poor footware. I suggest not ending here because in the morning, you'd have it all to yourself.

We also encountereed the members of Vancouver's Korean Hiking Club: 60 of them.

This was a Wanderung organized trip and a goof time was had by all, and the weather was great. Sayed even went for a swim,... the trip ended with a visit to honey's donuts!
