Lynn Peak is a good hike to keep your fitness level up, when personal events don't allow for long difficult hikes.
It's a nice amalgam of uphill sections and flat areas. On a sunny day you will have to contend with many others for a spot at the top. Though, more people on the trail is a good thing; at least in my opinion. You really get a sense of the whole cultural melting pot idea that is imbued with life in the lower mainland, with every passing hiker.
All in all it is a quick easy hike, best suited for those times when you don't have time to get out to more remote areas. It took me about 1.75 hours to complete the hike, round trip.
