I like the trail more the first that I tried it three months ago snowshoeing. Perhaps because I hadn't tried it before or it did something with the snow.

This time, I found The logging road and the first section of the trail have overgrown significantly. In some parts, it was hard to see more than several meters. It should be a turn off for people who haven't done it before. There was also quite lots of flies and mosquitoes especially at Beth Lake and there were all the way to where I turned around.

There was still lots of snow at the bowl at elevation 1300m and above. I got wet as was wearing hiking shoes and decided to turn back after gaining the ridge at 1450m. It was quite tricky to select a stable path on the melting snow in the last 80m of elevation. The last 20 meters was steep and quite challenging. It should get easier when the snow is all melted.

A couple in car who passed me while I was biking up the logging road and I met them later again shortly after, told me that they saw bear mother and cub on the road. I didn't see any. But I saw a grouse mother and her chicks instead before that.

I drove along the logging road with 2wd but got stuck just after the second bridge. The road is rough and steep there. I returned back and parked just after the first bridge.

I think this is still worthwhile trail giving the proximity to Vancouver.

Thank you Pardeep. It is possible but not probable :) I will keep it as an option when I don't have much time to drive but it is not something that I plan for in the near future.
Looking forward to seeing your summit pictures.

Great pictures Ahmad. Will there be a third attempt sometime in the near future?
