Trail is snow-free until you reach the southwest ridge of Harvey where it is more or less snow-covered to the summit. With a bit of care we had no trouble finding a path to the summit from this point - a fair amount of flagging is visible above the snow and the route to the summit is geographically defined by the ridge. The snow is mostly well-consolidated with only a little postholing - we wore boots the whole way. Snow is melting fast in the sunnier sections. Poles were helpful for the way down as it is quite a steep trail through the trees.
