I actually wanted to go up to Black Mountain, but the Cypress ski area isnow officially closed for public so I did this one instead.
There is not much snow left in the lower areas of the trail. The remaining snow is pretty hard packed and snowshoes are not neccassary. It feelt more like spring condition than winter. Temperatures were above zero. The trail was quite busy with a lot of snowshoers and a couple of skiers.
