Now that the clocks have changed and it is getting lighter in the evenings, I went for a hike after work to my local mountain, Lynn Peak. It is the 3rd time I have hiked up this mountain, the 2nd time this year, but the first time it was not cloudy so the first time I could actually see the view! When I did this a few weeks ago, it was snow free. However, we recently had a return to winter and some snow fall (can't complain, it's been very mild this year!) and the last 20 or 30 minutes were in snow. There was approximately 4 inches of snow at the peak.
