Avid hikers may find this trail to be boring but I found it the opposite. It's a fairly easy hike as there is not much elevation until you reach the third debris chute. The trail is well marked and perfect for trail running. The trail at this time is still wet and expect your boots/shoes to be muddy. Reached the beautiful norvan folks in a little over an hour. It is a gorgeous falls after the 7 km trail run. Went up close to the falls by crossing the creek. One must be careful in doing so as it could be very dangerous. After soaking in the beauty, headed back and stopped at all the little viewpoints to see the crystal clear lynn creek. Finished the trail in less than 3 hours. Overall a good hike/good workout that is not hard on the legs.
