I'm a keen hiker since 2004. I made a trip to New Zealand that year and discovered that there was not much else to do than hiking, so I gave it a try. Since then I got addicted and go out every weekend for hiking, climbing and lately also moutaineering.
In winter I used to snowshoe a lot but since my skiing got a little better over the years I now rather go ski touring.
Nice sunny day to do the BCMC. The upper part from marker 120 is quite icy so you better bring crampons. The trail was not very busy, I only met two other people going up.
