Solstice peak and annual litmus test of conditioning... stellar views with the cooperation of the weather gods.
Beta:
Snowline around 1100m and changing fast
Bugs wherever there is running or standing water
Traction devices mandatory (crampons, mini-crampons or at the least micro-spikes)
Snow bridges are weakening in many areas - be vigilant - test them with your poles - don't fall into these tiger traps
Other than snow - no running water sources above 1200m
